This hotel is equal to 3 stars. The room was spacious and we appreciated the stay. Only a short distance to Rosewood Grill, where you can have lunch.
Comforts of double room were fabulous - central heating, a coffee maker and a writing table. It was just next door the airport, 25 minutes' drive, convenient.
The location was located in a nice area. The breakfast area was nice, a little messy at times.
The front desk woman was terribly rude, never made eye contact or smiled. She asked for a credit card to keep on file in case of incidentals, I then was charged on that credit card for the room which she told me was already paid for on my company card. You can hear EVERYTHING from inside your room! Facets turning on from another room, someone opening a door or dresser, curtains being pulled up. Also, the hallways were very dark and there was hair and fingerprints on the bathroom mirrors.
Clean rooms Good location for relax
I was staying because a family member was admitted to Cleveland clinic hospital and the hotel would not give me the Cleveland clinic discount. Other family was able to get which would have been less rate. I thought I had booked with Hampton and found out it was a third party. Will never book again on line. Very unhappy since your price was higher than I would get with Cleveland clinic discount. Did not like my experience with the deception. Poor
It sucked badly
Comfortable room Good location
Limited space for breakfast They do not deliver receipt if the reservation is made through Booking
Very convenient to Interstate, shopping & restaurants.
Decent hotel. Originally was going to stay at La Quinta in North Olmsted, but our first night there was miserable. The Hampton Inn was 50% more expensive, but at least we were able to get a good night's sleep.
Seems quite expensive for a distant Cleveland suburb. I've stayed at decent hotels in lower Manhattan for a similar rate.
Getting assigned to a room -- and when opening the door with the key card finding the room all ready occupied by two people!!! Embarrassing to both parties.
Location Price (except for 16% Tax!!) Cleanliness Quiet
Tired facility -- looks dated Pillows are inadequate; bed is so so.
Room was very nice with very nice appointments. Bath and shower also excellent. Breakfast was more than adequate with a fine selection of food.
The design of the lobby and hallways is very modern but lacks warmth in colors or design. My wife wasn't sure she wanted to stay here looking in the front door. Looked like the lobby and entrance to a Russian hotel I stayed at in Moscow back in 1978.
